At Orientica Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
